a light belgian abbey ale brewed with coriander and a root for an effervescent and slightly spicy finish, similar to a wit beer. 5.5% abv

dark copper color with a heavy aroma of fresh basil and citrusy hops, which also balance the caramel and bready malt flavors. starts slightly sweet and finishes dry with a touch of spice. 6.6% abv

hickory leaf ipa
english style ipa made with fresh hickory leaves. while the hops provide a spicy pine character with a hint of citrus, the leaves add a unique dry bitterness to the end of the palate. 5.9% abv

belgian farmhouse beer brewed with locally harvested  carrots. a spicy, slightly peppery saison with an earthy hint of carrot that gives a slight vanilla flavor. 6.0% abv

the aroma is earthy apricots from the chanterelles and a bit of lemon from the yeast. the flavor also gets a bit of the earthy apricots along with lemon and a peppery/phenolic dry finish.  6.4% abv

a strong porter brewed with a healthy dose of chocolate malt and entirely with maple sap in place of water. cherry aroma with flavors of cocoa, mint, and a hint of maple syrup. Just a note to say we will be open our normal hours all weekend! Friday 4 PM to 10 PM; Saturday noon to 10 PM; and Sunday noon to 8 PM.

We will also be pouring beer at the Second Shift beer fest this weekend in New Haven, MO. We’ll be bringing a Cedar Coffee Saison, a Ginger Beer with apricots, and a Rye ESB.
